Attorney Tasha Reed Outlaw is a proud graduate of South Bend Schools, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and Indiana University Maurer School of Law-Bloomington. While at Michigan, she was awarded a fellowship sponsored by the National Institute of Health to study in Beijing, China, to conduct psychological research on how African-American women and Chinese women cope with stress.
